Colin Powell was an American States Man he has born in 1937 in the Harlem district of Manhattan from New York. He has replaced in 1968 as a principal, operating as the assistant chief of staff of processes for the 23rd Infantry Division. On this second tour, Powell accepted the Soldier’s Medal for valor after enduring a helicopter crash and saving three others from the destruction. He performed as the chairman of the Federal Communications Commission from the year 2001 to 2005. Colin Powell died on October 19, 2021, at the age of 84 from COVID-19 difficulties.
